XXLink Android client guide
Download the Android client from the XXLink product site, review the device installation prompt, sign in, and select an available service region. Keep account credentials private.

Install from the product site
Open the XXLink download page on the Android device and use the official package offered there. Android may ask for confirmation before installing a package downloaded through the browser. Read the device prompt and approve only the file you intentionally downloaded from the product site.
Installation screens differ between device makers and Android versions. Keep the normal device security settings enabled and do not install a similarly named package from an unknown page.
Sign in and connect
- Open the client and sign in to your XXLink account.
- Allow the system connection prompt needed for the client to operate.
- Wait for account state and available service regions to load.
- Choose an available region and start the connection.
Check Android restrictions
If a connection stops when the screen is off or the application moves to the background, review the battery and background-activity settings for the XXLink client. Device makers use different names for these controls, so change only the setting associated with the installed client.
Before reinstalling, refresh account data, try another available service region, and restart the application. Support needs only the device model, Android version, client version, approximate time, and symptom description. Do not send passwords or access credentials.
