XXLink Windows client guide
Use the official product-site installer on a supported Windows device. Sign in, wait for account data to load, select an available service region, and confirm the connection with an ordinary destination.

Download and install
Open the XXLink download page on the Windows device and review the current supported-version information. Download the site-hosted installer, then use the normal Windows installation flow.
If Windows asks for permission to install or run the application, confirm that the file came from the XXLink product site before continuing. Do not disable system security controls to force an unknown package to run.
Sign in and connect
- Open the installed client and sign in to your XXLink account.
- Wait for plan status and available service regions to load.
- Select an available service region and start the connection.
- Confirm the result with an ordinary website or application.
If the client is not ready
First confirm that Windows has a working local connection and that the account can sign in on the product site. Refresh client data, try another currently available service region, and restart the client before reinstalling it.
Keep the client on a current version shown by the official download page. When contacting support, provide the Windows version, client version, approximate time, and a short symptom description. Never send a password, token, or full access material.
