Report channel

Send abuse reports to abuse@xxlink.net.

Report format

  • A short description of the issue
  • Relevant timestamps and timezone
  • Account, order, or service reference if available
  • Screenshots, logs, message headers, or URLs when relevant
  • Your contact email for follow-up

Response process

We review reports, look for account or service evidence where available, and may request more information. Response time depends on report quality, severity, and operational context.

Enforcement actions

Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, limit access, suspend access, terminate the account, deny refund eligibility, or preserve records when needed for safety or legal reasons.
