Customers may purchase prepaid fixed-term access plans. Plan duration, device limits, usage allowance, support terms, refund eligibility, and payment options are shown during checkout.

You are responsible for account security, lawful use, accurate account information, and compliance with these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Service quality may vary based on route health, local network conditions, device configuration, capacity, maintenance, and security needs. XXLink does not guarantee access to any specific third-party platform, website, app, region, or service.

We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, policy violations, security risk, payment disputes, chargeback misuse, fraud, or activity that may harm users, partners, or network resources.

If you have a billing concern, contact support before initiating a payment dispute when possible. Chargeback misuse, fraudulent activity, and policy violations may affect refund eligibility and account access.
